This space is for the parent who had a lovely moment in their day and connects to the way life can sometimes be surprising, beautiful, and tender.

For Parents

This space is for the parent in the parking lot holding it together. For the one Googling at midnight. For anyone who has ever been told their child is defiant, difficult, or just needs to try harder — and known in their gut that wasn't the whole story.

The behaviour we judge most harshly is usually the behaviour that most deserves our curiosity.

I know what it's like to scan every new environment for hazards before your child enters it. To spend years answering questionnaires that don't quite capture who your child actually is. To hear "he'll grow out of it" so many times your head starts to spin.

The child hiding under the lunch table, the one who melts down over a wool sweater, the one who can't make eye contact but tracks every sound in the room — they're not giving you a hard time. They're having a hard time. And once we can see that, everything changes.

And I know you can see that. That’s why you’re here.
