For Educators
We work in a school because we care. That hasn’t changed, even on the hard days.
This page is an invitation to think together about what becomes possible when we focus on the best interest of our students. Because I’ve seen what happens when everyone is in the same book. It’s the best thing about education.
The behaviour we judge most harshly is usually the behaviour that most deserves our attention.
You chose this work for a reason.
The child who is hardest to reach is usually the one who most needs you to keep trying. You already know that. That's why you're here.
Small changes matter. A quieter room, a different question, a moment of genuine curiosity instead of correction — these things add up. Parents notice. Kids notice. Even when no one says so.
We are not always on the same page. But we are in the same book. And the children in the middle of that story are lucky you're in it.
